The store manager Faye is absolutely wonderful to deal with. She was so helpful regarding my inquiry and able to provide me with the best advice in terms of having my problem resolved. I couldn’t recommend her service more!
I haven't been to the store in a few years, and I'm happy to report that it's still an excellent experience for Auckland shoppers. The staff are always friendly, and although some items are discontinued (not their fault), they always try to accommodate my needs. The best Pandora in Auckland, and I have lived here for 37 years.
Pathetic when comes to time management, the opening time they say is 9 am, had a very cut to cut schedule just managed to reach sharp nine am to the store wanted some charms for my daughters, they didn't open on time, if they have delays they should mentions as customers should not be misleaded. Called the contact details as well mentioned in their site no one answered.
