I have been bringing my wife and daughters here for almost 2 years, and we have always been warmly welcomed. While I wait for them, I can see the great care from the staff. I came in asking for a simple service, to remove my old gel nails and get a regular French tip on my natural nails. At first, the guy who started removing them was nice but then he handed me off to a lady who came in later and that’s when everything went downhill. She used the drill so aggressively that she broke three of my natural nails. I came here a few years ago to get my nails done but never had a chance to write a review (2022). It was overall an okay experience minus what I felt was deceptive service. I had called in to ask if they did gel nails (NOT gel polish - which I clarified) and was told yes so I booked an appointment. When I arrived the nail tech pulled out powder and I asked again if they had gel. She informed me it was gel - which I know is untrue.
