Went there 23 December for a pedicure and manicure with no chip polish. I was serviced by an older woman who I assumed was new. This woman was the worst person I ever encountered polishing a nail. She literally dabbed the polish on. Needless to say my polished only lasted a week. I went back again to speak with them about the horrible polish job. This place is extremely expensive for no reason The tech claim he’s been doing it for 20 years, $64 for a French non chip pedicure. The owner absolutely does not care that his tech’s give out poor service. They will do anything not to give you your money back. You already have bad reviews and it shows me that you absolutely do not care. I showed the owner what this disrespectful tech did. Do y’all see that and nothing was done about it. The guy who works there with the tattoos needs a lesson on professionalism and how not to be so rude. His mannerism will ruin the company. I’m not sure what type of people he deals with on a daily basis but I am not one of them. I tried to step out the box and not go to my usual spot because I was so far away. I won’t do that again. Worst place ever guy remove my nails with a tool making my nail bleed and I refuse to get my nails done and he still charge a lot and did not even apologize terrible experience. Please save your money ladies

I visited Pandora Nail Salon for the first time and spent $120 on a full set and pedicure. Unfortunately, within just four days, two of my pinky nails are broken, the polish on my toes is already chipping, and it looks like I need a fill-in on both my nails and feet. This was my first time going and it will definitely be my last. I’m not asking for my money back or a redo. I just won’t return. Do your research before booking. Not worth the money or the disappointment.
