If I can 0 I will, the lady who did my pedicure was so rude got mad cuz I asked her to polish my whole nail, like why not polish the whole nail. She got mad took the polish off walked away and started talking her language. I set waiting for over 30 minutes I should’ve walked out but I paid and left and will never go back
Horrible service and experience. RUDE!If I could give it zero stars I would have!!! I paid for a fill-in with gel polish and got scammed! They used regular polish on my hands. Please do not patronize this establishment
Went there 23 December for a pedicure and manicure with no chip polish. I was serviced by an older woman who I assumed was new. This woman was the worst person I ever encountered polishing a nail. She literally dabbed the polish on. Needless to say my polished only lasted a week. I went back again to speak with them about the horrible polish job. This place is extremely expensive for no reason The tech claim he’s been doing it for 20 years, $64 for a French non chip pedicure. The owner absolutely does not care that his tech’s give out poor service. They will do anything not to give you your money back. You already have bad reviews and it shows me that you absolutely do not care. I showed the owner what this disrespectful tech did. Do y’all see that and nothing was done about it. The guy who works there with the tattoos needs a lesson on professionalism and how not to be so rude. His mannerism will ruin the company. I’m not sure what type of people he deals with on a daily basis but I am not one of them. I tried to step out the box and not go to my usual spot because I was so far away. I won’t do that again.
