The more I have been thinking about what I witnessed at this store, it hasn't set well with me. While I was in the store shopping, two very nice respectable young ladies helped me. While I continued shopping, this man, who I assume was a manager, came up to the ladies from behind that had assisted me and started yelling at them about gnome or something. I couldn't believe how this man was talking to his employees that were very helpful and polite. I don't agree with people being embarrassed and degraded in front of customers... read more
Outstanding Pandora collection and the greeting card selection was amazing. Over the phone and in person customer service was pretty good.
