I was here to buy my first bracelet couple of months ago and DAYA helped me to build it. And today came back to return some charms because the price went down. Idk about rest of the sales associates because they were like we can’t return and didn’t seem like helpful. But the sales lead DAYA was so kind to help me. Small store. Not a big selection. I also got a jewlery box and they gave me wrong colour. The employees were helpful in finding items. If you are looking for outlet items this is not the place to go they have a small last chance section. Overall worth the visit if you are in the area!!!
