A few days ago, I went to the Pandora store and waited for about an hour to ask a quick question, and then the girl who served me gave me a rude answer. I don't think I was the only one who's had such poor service at that store. I think we need to have a little more empathy when it comes to customer service.

After being passed over upon entering the store, Jennifer greeted AND assisted me from way on the other side of the store. She was very patient and showed me lots of options; even rearranged my bracelet and it’s so cute! Thank you so much Jennifer, maybe you can teach your colleague a thing or two about assisting all customers :)

I was very excited to visit Pandora to grab matching bracelets with a friend, but was met with the most unwelcoming service of all time. I didn't catch the name of the associate I was working with, but he gave me a lot of attitude throughout my entire time talking to him and he made a lot of assumptions about me and my friend. This level of service is unacceptable and has completely changed my perception of Pandora. A business that does not prioritize customer service is not one I can recommend or support.
