I had a great experience here! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Customer service was excellent, and they took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. The store was clean, organized, and had a great selection. I’ll definitely be coming back and shopping here again. Highly recommend!
This was one of the most disheartening retail experiences I’ve had. Both the store manager, Jenny, and associate, Ariana, provided misleading information regarding a return. I attempted to return a bracelet that was purchased as a gift. I had bought the wrong size and repurchased the correct one for my niece. A few days ago, I went to the Pandora store and waited for about an hour to ask a quick question, and then the girl who served me gave me a rude answer. I don't think I was the only one who's had such poor service at that store. I think we need to have a little more empathy when it comes to customer service.
