This was one of the most disheartening retail experiences I’ve had. Both the store manager, Jenny, and associate, Ariana, provided misleading information regarding a return. I attempted to return a bracelet that was purchased as a gift. I had bought the wrong size and repurchased the correct one for my niece. A few days ago, I went to the Pandora store and waited for about an hour to ask a quick question, and then the girl who served me gave me a rude answer. I don't think I was the only one who's had such poor service at that store. I think we need to have a little more empathy when it comes to customer service.

After being passed over upon entering the store, Jennifer greeted AND assisted me from way on the other side of the store. She was very patient and showed me lots of options; even rearranged my bracelet and it’s so cute! Thank you so much Jennifer, maybe you can teach your colleague a thing or two about assisting all customers :)
