I just had the best experience here, I bought my mom a gift online and picked up in store at another location they didn’t let me know it was damaged, I really wanted that item for my mom, luckily my mom was with me to give me ideas of what she liked. Customer service is terrible. I called to see if they could tell me the size of a ring I had purchased over a year ago that I physically don't have with me. The employee I spoke with was very annoyed with my question and said I can look and the inside of the rind, I explained I didn't have it and asked if there was a way to look it up if not that's totally fine. My wife was shopping here today to buy a specific item in the form of a charm and/or ring that she saw on Facebook. She was “helped” by one of the managers working (the one with blonde hair). This manager, either Annie or Tina (sorry I should’ve remembered), gave the worst customer service experience. The manager in question seemed bothered to check if they had these items in stock and seemed to just be rushing to say, “no, we don’t have it”, until my wife showed them a photo.
