The women working at this store are incredibly rude and unprofessional. I went in tonight to ask about a specific charm and she rudely and aggressively dismissed me and then argued with me. I left without spending any money and as my friend and I did laps around the mall I noticed another worker was speaking with the first and tried to side eye me because the first lady was taking about me. The women working here are rude, unprofessional, and more interested in their phones than helping customers. I spent 20 minutes trying to find a necklace for my wife and got nothing but attitude and zero assistance. I walked in ready to spend $400 at Pandora, but instead I walked out and took my business to Kay’s, where the staff actually cared and helped me right away. This store clearly doesn’t value its customers, and I would never recommend it to anyone.
