I will never forget the experience at pandora I was miss lead about the quality of the junk the manager Taylor refused to give me a refund and referred me to customer service after telling my daughter that she needed my credit card to process the refund over some tarnishing that was there from the beginning and the reason for the return l will never go back n
If I could rate 0 I would. The manager Taylor is absolutely rude and should not be a manager of anywhere.
Mya was absolutely rude. I have never had this horrible of customer service in my life. She was rude from the moment we walked in till the moment we left. She made my experience absolutely horrible and as someone with a charm bracelet i will no longer be going to that location. I can not put into words how horrible Mya was.
