I was so happy to visit today, I brought my broken earrings and necklace. The staff helped me fix them and I was so grateful. I brought my silver rings there and they cleaned them, it turned out beautiful! I wish I get the staff’s name, she helped me found three cute rings! thank you for making my day, it was awesome:))

I went into this Pandora to look at charms for a bracelet my husband bought for me earlier this year. At the Victoria Pandora, you get acknowledged like you should and get good customer service. Here, I waited in line and everything so I could buy a new charm or two and the lady SKIPPED over me and went to the person behind me. Their customer service is horrible. I ended up walking out.

I will never forget the experience at pandora I was miss lead about the quality of the junk the manager Taylor refused to give me a refund and referred me to customer service after telling my daughter that she needed my credit card to process the refund over some tarnishing that was there from the beginning and the reason for the return l will never go back n

If I could rate 0 I would. The manager Taylor is absolutely rude and should not be a manager of anywhere.
