Pandora is about selling love and this location completely misses the mark every single time. I’ve visited this location (Galleria) three times in the past three months. The first time, the associate was completely dismissive and made it seem as if I was bothering her. I made the purchase anyway bc I needed the product. Having to wait in a huge line outside of the store, is highly inconvenient. It can take hours just to attempt a purchase of a product that may be sold out. It may take each person 15-20 minutes and you’ll be 20 people deep in line.
My partner went to this location at around 4:15 on 2/1 and NO ONE acknowledged him. My video is going viral and so many people have similar experiences. At this point, something needs to be done about it! Unacceptable. We spend too much money with this brand to be treated as less than.
