Having to wait in a huge line outside of the store, is highly inconvenient. It can take hours just to attempt a purchase of a product that may be sold out. It may take each person 15-20 minutes and you’ll be 20 people deep in line.
My partner went to this location at around 4:15 on 2/1 and NO ONE acknowledged him. My video is going viral and so many people have similar experiences. At this point, something needs to be done about it! Unacceptable. We spend too much money with this brand to be treated as less than.
This Pandora has the worst customer service. My friend ordered me a gift and put herself as the pick up person instead of me; she contacted customer service and was under the impression that the situation was corrected. When I arrived I encountered the store manger Brooke and was met with her attitude (I spoke with Brooke before arriving to the store over the phone explaining the situation, even then she had an attitude).
