My husband came in to purchase a gift for me and was treated so rudely by the STORE MANAGER! Once he told me how he was treated we immediately returned the $570 charm bracelet and won’t be shopping here again. Ironically the person that did the return in store was the store manager, she wasn’t apologetic, didn’t bother to make eye contact during the transaction, just rude! Go to Pandora in Jared’s the customer service is top tier!

Will not be going back to this store! I went to exchange a bracelet and the store should have been opened for customers until 8. They told me at 7:30 they were closed and were not taking more customers. There were not a lot of people in the store, so I don’t understand why. I will go to the 280 store from now on.
