Went to this location yesterday and I believe the agent”s name was Jadira…had a horrible experience with my daughters. She is not friendly and has zero customer service skills. But it starts from management and works it”s way down . Had the experience of dealing with one of the managers also and she was just as horrible. It seems like you have to be nasty as a qualification. In order to work there. This is why I rather go out further East…you get better customer service. I went to buy my friend a birthday bracelet today & Jadira V. came out straight to this other lady, that was Spanish(like herself)instead of asking who was here first! I said Miss I was here before her, she got an attitude with me, didn't even try to help me decide on anything! If it wasn't my friends birthday today I would have just walked out! If she didn't want to work she should have just stayed home! She definitely shouldn't be in customer service!
