Went to this location yesterday and I believe the agent”s name was Jadira…had a horrible experience with my daughters. She is not friendly and has zero customer service skills. But it starts from management and works it”s way down . Had the experience of dealing with one of the managers also and she was just as horrible. I went to buy my friend a birthday bracelet today & Jadira V. came out straight to this other lady, that was Spanish(like herself)instead of asking who was here first! I said Miss I was here before her, she got an attitude with me, didn't even try to help me decide on anything! If it wasn't my friends birthday today I would have just walked out! If she didn't want to work she should have just stayed home! She definitely shouldn't be in customer service!

Worst customer service. The manager and personnel don’t have the skills to help customers. The prices on the displays are not the correct prices and the sales person had no idea of the inventory. Very upset about the customer service. I will never go back to this location and will now think twice about shopping in Pandora.
