I went to buy my friend a birthday bracelet today & Jadira V. came out straight to this other lady, that was Spanish(like herself)instead of asking who was here first! I said Miss I was here before her, she got an attitude with me, didn't even try to help me decide on anything! If it wasn't my friends birthday today I would have just walked out! If she didn't want to work she should have just stayed home! She definitely shouldn't be in customer service!
We entered to the store and got Great Service, thanks to Amelia She is so kind, helped us in everything.
Worst customer service. The manager and personnel don’t have the skills to help customers. The prices on the displays are not the correct prices and the sales person had no idea of the inventory. Very upset about the customer service. I will never go back to this location and will now think twice about shopping in Pandora.
Very bad customer service here at this location. Lady standing there and refuse to help me . Told me to wait.
