I stood waiting by the counter for 20 minutes and nobody helped me several people had come in after me and were helped first. Very disappointed in the service.
I had my eye on a specific bracelet that was out of stock on the website and at other Pandora retailers. I was able to track one down in my size at the Pensacola Pandora store. Adam helped me over the phone and was AMAZING! He was polite, professional and patient. I'm looking forward to shopping there in person when I'm able to get there, but in the meantime, I'm so excited to receive my new bracelet!
Izzy C was AMAZING! She was extremely helpful and patient with me to help me pick out a perfect ring. She was super friendly and provided great customer service along with her sweet coworkers. Give this girl a raise! Would definitely recommend visiting this location based on the customer service overall 🙌🏼 10/10
My friend and I visited Pandora to purchase matching BFF pieces. The first associate who helped us (a blonde woman with short hair) was very kind and did her best. While she wasn’t fully familiar with pricing, that wasn’t an issue and was completely understandable. Unfortunately, our experience took a turn when a third associate stepped in. She made multiple comments such as “Oh my gosh, that’s such a good deal on those bracelets,” giving the impression everything was fine.
