I had my eye on a specific bracelet that was out of stock on the website and at other Pandora retailers. I was able to track one down in my size at the Pensacola Pandora store. Adam helped me over the phone and was AMAZING! He was polite, professional and patient. I'm looking forward to shopping there in person when I'm able to get there, but in the meantime, I'm so excited to receive my new bracelet!
Izzy C was AMAZING! She was extremely helpful and patient with me to help me pick out a perfect ring. She was super friendly and provided great customer service along with her sweet coworkers. Give this girl a raise! Would definitely recommend visiting this location based on the customer service overall 🙌🏼 10/10
My friend and I visited Pandora to purchase matching BFF pieces. The first associate who helped us (a blonde woman with short hair) was very kind and did her best. While she wasn’t fully familiar with pricing, that wasn’t an issue and was completely understandable. Unfortunately, our experience took a turn when a third associate stepped in. One of the workers had convinced me and my wife to pay for the warranty for my ring I had bought back in april. i was TOLD this warranty would cover if my ring was crack or scratched i could bring it in. when i called to try and figure out why my claim was denied they told me i had to wait a year and one day to get it replaced??!!! why was this promoted to me as if i could go get it fixed within the year if that wasn’t the case at all !!! they also told me they couldn’t find my account or warranty when they literally made us... read more
