Seriously disappointing experience as a regular pandora customer. I have never walked into a store and not been greeted and ignored, it was rediculous. Waiting almost 35 minutes for any associate to talk or greet me and my partner was infuriating. By the time we got helped, there was no apology, just a rigid sales associate trying to get us out the door. We are visiting from out of state and it was just a terrible experience. Laura and Jeanette and everyone else who helped out made this a wonderful experience for me! They went above and beyond for helping me find the charms and jewelry I wanted. I didn't feel rushed or anything, they gave me the time I need to check out the pieces I chose. Very helpful, kind, and enthusiastic about it. Overall, I felt valued and cared for as a customer. Made my day brighter and I'm truly grateful for coming in today, thank you! <3
The worst pandora in Reno. The staff can’t even greet you when you enter. Pathetic workers and staff. The one in Meadowood is better with smaller inventory. Do yourself a favor and shut this one down cause it’s not worth spending your money at.
I shop a lot with pandora and I go out of my way to not go the this summit location. I have never once felt welcomed. Always felt rushed out and not a valued costumer.
Great customer service. I had a pretty emotional night at work and just wanted to pick my rings up I had ordered online to boost my mood. Flustered from the night, I couldn’t find the store so I called and they gave me directions and even stayed about 5 minutes after closing so I could have my rings. Very thoughtful and meant a lot to me. ❤️
