Store is clean although the door to the back room was left open revealing back of store look. Service is lackluster. I believe service is based on the clothing you wear and not when you arrive in the store. I just had an in store pick-up and was standing waiting for service for quite awhile. While I was clearly in the store before other customers. Other customers were clearly served first. Now I know why I buy online instead of in the store.
Great customer service! Heidi was so helpful and patient. We walked out with exactly what we were looking for and so happy with the help we received. A bracelet I was looking for was in stock but hard to locate. The WHOLE staff came together to find it and help me leave with the right size. They’re awesome!
Seriously disappointing experience as a regular pandora customer. I have never walked into a store and not been greeted and ignored, it was rediculous. Waiting almost 35 minutes for any associate to talk or greet me and my partner was infuriating. By the time we got helped, there was no apology, just a rigid sales associate trying to get us out the door. We are visiting from out of state and it was just a terrible experience. Laura and Jeanette and everyone else who helped out made this a wonderful experience for me! They went above and beyond for helping me find the charms and jewelry I wanted. I didn't feel rushed or anything, they gave me the time I need to check out the pieces I chose. Very helpful, kind, and enthusiastic about it. Overall, I felt valued and cared for as a customer. Made my day brighter and I'm truly grateful for coming in today, thank you! <3
The worst pandora in Reno. The staff can’t even greet you when you enter. Pathetic workers and staff. The one in Meadowood is better with smaller inventory. Do yourself a favor and shut this one down cause it’s not worth spending your money at.
