My 17 yr old son bought an item for his girlfriend so he bought the gift packaging. I did the ordering for him and as I was checking out it said add $5 more for a free bracelet and up popped the gift bags for exactly $5 and the website let me choose one. Once I received the email confirmation the bracelet wasn't part of the order. I emailed and asked why. After eight days they replied and said the gift bag was excluded from sale. Girlfriend and I just went in and purchased a princess ring. Horrible experience from the beginning. The atmosphere of the store is very odd and un-inviting. A lady named Margaret greeted us, asked what we were shopping for (princess ring) so she pulls out a size 7 tray of the rings. As we’re looking through the rings, we had to ask what the prices were.
