i waited 30 minutes to be attended and got ignored. even if they are attending someone else i feel like they should’ve multitasked to help every costumer fairly.
Products are wonderful, but don't ever try to go to this store if you need to get your pandora jewelry cleaned. You will either get told that the machine is down or to come back during the week.Because they cannot help you on the weekend, they are too busy to help you even when hardly anyone else is in the store
I used to love this store, it always felt welcoming and fun. However, today when I went in to return a charm I had bought as a present with my last ($300+) purchase that had been worn less than 2 minutes and on the bracelet less than maybe 10, if that, I was told I would not be allowed to make the return because the charm was "obviously worn and dull". The employee who claimed to be the manager pulled another charm from the case and showed us that charm next to mine and tried to say there was an obvious difference....there w... read more
Drove all the way across Houston to get my order and free bracelet but they tell me I can no longer get the bracelet because an item I ordered was out of stock. That’s complete crap. Should have stated that in the order ready for pickup email. Waste of gas’s and time. My money will go elsewhere.
Horrible customer service. When I walked in all 4 workers had bad attitudes and stood there looking like they didn’t want to work. I brushed it off and continued to browse. The girl with the orange curly hair “helped me” with the worst “I don’t want to work” attitude. Every question I had was given a rude response.
