Went in and Victoria was very helpful in helping me pick out a item she went above and beyond to make sure would be a perfect fit. Would strongly recommend this place not only was the selection great but the staff themselves make you want to return back with there customer service.
Young lady Demi was awesome. Helped my young daughter so patiently. Will come to this Pandora for all future purchases. Excellent service!
Went in 12.24, around 5:30pm, for a pick up order and exchange. The store manager Grace, greeted us and put us on the list to be attended. She then helped package my items for my pick up order. We were then attended by Flourish, who was very sweet and prompt to help us with a bracelet exchange. Overall a 10/10 experience especially last minute on Christmas eve, and even more so after having had unfortunate service at another Pandora in Maryland. Thank you ladies!
Getting put on a list to wait while the manager Grace sits around and doesn't pull a single piece of jewelry or anything is a choice. The amount of laziness is amazing. The rest of the employees are working hard, its just the manager MISMANAGING the store and not pitching in herself. Ridiculous.
