Had a fantastic experience at Pandora yesterday! Stefanie was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Everything was awesome—definitely coming back!!
If I could give them no stars I would. They have crappy customer service. They never answer their phones. It’s ridiculous to be spending this much money on their crap and they don’t even have good customer service!
Stef was absolutely amazing in helping me find the perfect bracelet and charm for my mother for Christmas. She was so delicate, patient, and friendly throughout the entire process, making sure I got exactly what I was looking for. Her attention to detail and warm demeanor made the experience truly enjoyable. I couldn’t be happier with the result, and my mom loved it! I’ll definitely be coming back and asking for Stef again. Highly recommend her!!!!
I went to buy severals gift for my family, and I had to wait more than an hour because the manager didn’t want to serve me. A very important Brand with a low quality staff.
