Great location and awesome customer service. They also were able to accept 1yr warranty as my daughter’s bracelet broke, which the first colony location did not. Truly appreciative of the manager and the assistance manager for helping us out.
Called before making the drive out to Katy and was misinformed about items they had. Drove out for nothing. Very disappointed.
Incredibly rude staff. The Store Manager and a Sales Lead was working (went on 07/28 around 12PM) and they were rude and talking when we were being “helped”. Went to 3 pandoras that day and the service at everyone was perfect until we got to Katy Mills. Maybe the store manager should train on customer service skills if that’s who is coaching the employees… just saying
