I came for charms, but I was never acknowledged by anyone at the store this evening. It literally takes seconds to acknowledge someone and I speak from experience.

When I first got to the mall, I was told there would be a 30-40 min wait which was not a problem. I waited an hour until I got a text saying I was next in line and went into the store. The sales associate I had gotten was acting like it was such an inconvenience that I had wanted to look at the charms and necklaces the store had. She told me “I can’t pull out the necklace chains because it’s a lot of boxes”. How am I supposed to decide which chain I want with my necklace? Was greeted byyoung sales associate who was kind and helpful. When I was ready to purchase she was helping other customers and so was other young associate. Older associate kept going to back counter, answering phone, finally caught her eye and she said she’d be with me in a second. After many seconds she came my way but ignored me and asked gentleman next to me if he needed help.
