A huge, huge THANK YOU to Mel at Pandora! She was so so so sweet and helpful when my cousin was picking out a bracelet and charms! She was super patient, took the time to explain everything, and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for. When we noticed the engraving didn’t come out quite how we wanted, Mel was quick to help us get it fixed. Honestly, she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy so we are very grateful to have met her at this store. Thank you again 🫶🏽
Went there a few weeks ago with my wife just to look around and ended up leaving with a dog tag. Thanks to Melat, she made the experience fun and easy. We even got it engraved on the spot. I haven’t taken it off ever since and wear it everyday. We’ll be back for sure!
