NOPE! Terrible customer service. I drove 45 minutes to get here to get my rings clean. My son's wedding is coming up and I really wanted to be able to wear the rings. When I got there, I was told no cleanings are being done until after the new year. I explained that I drove 45 minutes and could she at least look at one of my rings to see if the cleaning would be possible so that I would know if it's worth my time to come back.
