Yep... The reviews are very true! The customer service from management is very rude and when trying to explain what I needed to the young gentleman that was initially helping me, she came over with the nastiest attituted as though I'm not a PANDORA customer, or that I was trying to get over, or looking for something free. No looking up account, nothing! Cutting me off while speaking. I don't know why this store is still open or still has her as a manager, but hopefully y'all make some real changes.
