Absolutely love shopping with San Marcos Pandora, the staff is always extremely friendly and makes my experience feel next level. I highly recommend this location for all Pandora lovers out there!

I do really like pandora, and I am a gold member since my boyfriend and I are always buying nice stuff from you, but today at pandora San Marcos was probably one of the worst customer experience, especially with their manager, I asked to exchange a bracelet which it was broken for manufacturing and she did not even looked at our account, directly said no and was super rude.

I live in Pearland and I called (5 times before someone picked up the phone) to ask them for a receipt from a purchase I made back in May because I needed to exchange a ring. As someone who worked in customer service, I know how searching for previous transactions work.
