I've been to this store twice and both times customer service was awful. Staff is cold and standoffish, they don't engage with you, and they almost make you feel bad asking them to show you a tray. They wont even put the trays on the counter so you have to check out the merch through glass. I assumed my first visit was a fluke because the store was a little busy, but on my recent trip the store was not busy and I had the same poor service. I came in the store today to buy some charms as I’m walking in it’s a worker behind the counter stuffing her face I’m sure it’s a break room for that so I spent 150 for 2 Charms the lady that helped me put 2 Charms in one little box looks like a ring box next time put my charms in its own box and stop being cheap I use to love this location but now I’ll drive to concord pandora before I stop there again

Pleasant to work with . Asucena helped find my size and built a very nice marvel bracelet! Everyone in the store was lovely, helpful, and quick to find charms to match.

I’m heartbroken to say I had a terrible experience at the Pandora store in Emeryville. I came in to exchange my promise ring—something deeply meaningful and emotional for me—because it was too big. What should have been a joyful and memorable moment turned into something stressful and upsetting. The woman who seemed to be the store manager was cold, dismissive, and made me feel like a burden for wanting to find a ring that truly felt right. Store manager was incredibly dismissive, rude, and not helpful. Visited on Sunday February 16th. If they were willing to ask if I were interested in looking at anything or trying to help I would have been happy but didn’t bother because they didn’t care. No other customers were in the store at the time.
