I had one of the worst customer service experiences at Pandora today. I came in with my younger cousins to buy a charm for my best friend, expecting the level of service that a jewelry store should provide. Not only was this my first time in pandora but I’m sad to say probably the last. The experience was horrible and not welcoming. The staff would not confirm the pricing for a ring and said you can look on your phone. I thought that was very rude and no customer service. She seemed like she didn’t want to be there. The cash register had print out of coloring pages, looked like that’s what they were doing on their off time. There was no warm welcome, no excitement for pieces. The worker name was Andrea. Hello, I do not like leaving negative reviews. Unfortunately, I am pretty disappointed on a purchase I made here in December. I purchased the “ Heart 14k gold-plated ring with cherries” for my girlfriend as a promise ring for Christmas. The service was great when purchasing in store… However I feel like Pandora failed me as a first time buyer. I was told all items plated were over sterling silver.
