This is my favorite location to shop at! Everyone is so sweet and welcoming. Guadalupe L. had such genuine positive vibes. I appreciate being helped by an associate that seems to really enjoy what she does because it makes the shopping experience very enjoyable.

I want to share my wonderful experience with Jessie! She was so patient with me and showed me different options of something I wasn’t sure what I wanted! It was my first time at pandora and saved up to splurge on myself, besides leaving with satisfied items I also left with an amazing experience!

I witnessed an interaction while I was at the store that made me not want to give you guys business. Staff is so rude and they don’t help. They don’t know policies and also are unwilling to help or problem solve. The job is not only to look “cute”outside the store… pandora pls do better it’s close to me and I like your stuff

This location has always had horrible customer service and employees are never willing to help a customer out or even attempt to explain why they can’t do anything. I enjoy the jewelry, but the lack of customer service is truly what brings this specific establishment down.

Not friendly nor welcoming. There were a few workers who were looking at customers in a weird way and some even gossiping to each other. I understand when it's slow and you're bored but it's such a bad look. I came in for a bracelet cleaning, the woman cleaned my bracelet in about 5 minutes, a little too quick and not enough detail was given to it. It looked better than how I turned it in; however, I felt as if she could've taken more time because there were many areas on the charms that could've used more polishing. I was a... read more
