Very poor service
Called this location Saturday to ask about a ring I bought in May that is damaged due to wear and tear and the associated stated my 1 year warranty doesn't cover everyday wear and tear only defects. I called customer service to see if this is true and it is not, customer service is sending out a replacement ring. Please make sure the associates are not giving customers misinformation, that is how you lose good customers
Jessie (the assistant manager) is the worse. She was very rude and didn’t have patience AT ALL. I was going to buy a necklace and she made me change my mind. I also wanted to buy a ring I saw, but after I felt her rude and annoyed vibe, I just walked out. There was hardly anyone in the store and it felt like we were a bother to her. I’d give her a 0/5 if I could.
Stephanie was a sweetheart! Yesterday I stopped by and I brought a bracelet for myself and one for my mom💗 she was very patient and kind to me. I’m obsessed with my purchase! Thank you so much!
The one star is for the associate that helped me. She was professional and helpful. I picked out a bracelet, was told if I buy 2 charms I’d get 15% off the bracelet. The first charm was priced $100, the second was priced $50. I pay the total not thinking about the total until I had already swiped my card. $105 for the first charm, $65 for the second and I wasn’t given the 15% for the bracelet.
