If I could give less than one star I would. The customer service was trash and far from helpful. I went in the store for assistance with an item that was purchased previously from Pandora and received nothing but attitude and disrespect. This caused me to leave the store with no further assistance.

I am not surprised that this store has a three-star rating. I visited the store because I received a silver chain with a pendant as a birthday gift. However, the chain didn't fit, so I had to return the next day to exchange it for a larger size. Upon inspection, I noticed that the pendant had numerous scratches on both the front and back.
