The employees here are REALLY NICE, they are so cool, always they speak with respect to the costumers and help in all and recommend everything, BEST PANDORA PLACE EVER.
I think I've found my favorite Pandora sales rep. The young lady name Gema at this location made me finally fall in love with a bracelet I been trying to get right for the longest. The customer service here has always been great and I do recommend coming to this Pandora location. The ladies here are wonderful. Thankssss Gema!!!
I went to the store today and the person at the entrance was super intense and upset telling me that there was already a person ready to take my order when I had only been looking at the rings for 30 seconds. She said my name so loud that everyone looked at me again. When I answered, she embarrassed me. I am a customer of this store but I really don't want to go back ever again.
The lady on Pondra freehold is very rude.i spent $1000 on that store few months ago after holidays come back to store clean my jewelry I was waiting for half an hr then she gave me the idea to clean my jewelry at home with baking soda. When you spend money they happily help you when you go back for clean or polishing they are not helpful at all. Woodbridge customer service is way better than freehold. I would not recommend anyone to go to freehold pandora.
