Amazing customer service. I had spoken to Kasha over the phone and she was very accommodating and understanding. In person, I was helped by Taylor, who was very sweet, fun, and understanding. She helped me choose the right bracelet as well as explaining and elaborating on any questions I had. Both of these associates made my exchange so much smoother and it was a pleasure to go into their store. Wonderful service!

Hi -I would just like to say how helpful this location was I had bought a ring a couple days ago and it was too big so I came in to try and get a size down. The assistant manager named Star! Was very helpful and nice she definitely made sure I was satisfied.Thank You Star!!

Taylor was amazing helping me with my Pandora bracelet. It’s my first time owning a Pandora bracelet, so I didn’t really know how to design my bracelet based off the opal charm I had. I really love how patient she was with me and tried on different charms with the one I already had. I am definitely coming back for Taylor, she was super kind to me and I loved it!

The employees were extremely rude. They blamed me for damage to a ring that I had just purchased. While I was making the exchange, the entire team stood around giggling and staring at me. Completely unprofessional behavior.
