Wow very unfriendly. Not knowledgeable. What a waste of time
I want to express how disappointing my experience at this location was. Jacky, a young Hispanic girl, assisted me today. I arrived 20 minutes before closing time, and there were several other customers in the store. Normally, I love my experiences at Pandora because the employees are always super nice and welcoming. I came in for a ring very early on a Saturday. wait time was expected and Sky was very helpful and attentive to help me on my purchase. It wasnt till the very end Leah the person ringing me out was giving me such a nasty attitude mind you I don’t come here very often thus ruining my experience.
