My boyfriend and I came in just to look at some rings. I wasn't sure what size I was and the two workers were quick to offer help. The worker, (I believe the receipt said her name was Emily) was beyond helpful as I picked out the set I liked. This is my second time visiting this location, and as a loyal Pandora customer, I have consistently experienced poor customer service at this store.
I as a husband am trying to Christmas shop for my wife, showed up to the store early so I could be time efficient with my day but it’s 15 minutes past time to open and there have been three other customers waiting and they have all left so by yall having irresponsible employees who can’t do the jobs they are responsible for, like opening the store on time, yall have now lost four customers within 15 minutes. I went into the store with my bestfriend very excited to get matching rings but after 10 minutes of three employees not speaking to us or introducing themselves, we both felt very unwanted and just decided to leave.
