The young lady that happens to be white has no work ethic. ( I refer to her race because I don’t have her name). She kept telling me to use the QR code to see the items that were on sale. If I wanted to see charms online I could do that at home. I like to see it in person. Sometimes things aren’t the same when you then see it in person. There were no other customers waiting. Why act this way? It was 2:30 and they close at 5:30. I have 2 bracelets and took my business elsewhere.

This was my first purchase and visit to this store. The line was long, but I expected it to be because it's Christmas Eve. The ladies in there worked their tails off, and the line moved pretty fast. I hate that I didn't get the lady name who helped me, but she was AMAZING! It makes people happy to shop, and the staff seems to make you feel like you're the only person in the store, and I felt just that way. I'll most definitely go back to this location.

This is NOT regarding this particular store but Pandora in general dropped the ball on my 1st time purchasing! I should have opened my package when it arrived but I put all my daughters gifts away until it was time to wrap them. Low & behold I'm MISSING a freaking bracelet! OMG! Can you say PANIC ATTACK! So on a Sunday I finally reached a live representative on the phone after chatting with a rep online. They are going to send it out but guess who won't get it on Christmas! My daughter!
