I attempted to return a ring that was too small and one of the workers claimed I couldn’t because of a scratch. I had just got the ring a day prior. Also the workers aren’t educated on the sizing of the products that they sell. That’s how I ended up with the wrong size to begin with. Hopefully another location will be able to help me. 0/10 don’t recommend the location in Germantown.
At first I was a little wary cuz the wait was long, but once I got to the counter with a member of the staff, it was a wonderful experience. Marisa (I think) was super friendly and helped me get everything I needed/wanted and out of there as quickly as possible! The wait for service was definitely dependent on the customers ahead of me, not the staff!!
