Just visited the store this early afternoon. I asked the associate if I could please have my bracelet cleaned and she rudely responded “No. Only Monday through Thursday.” No apology, no exception. This ring is $90. It’s shouldn’t be turning black after a week! I bought my mother this ring on Christmas Eve and the silver color is already coming off before new years… we used to think pandora was great quality but no. I literally have a $10 that I’ve had for years and hasn’t even turned black. I won’t be spending my money there anymore

Niyah was our associate, she was more worried about her conversation with her co-worker and gossiping than giving me customer service I did not enjoy my experience at all. I shouldn’t have to here about how badly you wanna go home when your attending to me. My Boyfriend me bought me a bracelet but the commission shouldn’t even have gone to her for the horrible service she gave. Niyah was also making it everyones problem when she was trying to go home and even laughed about it to her co workers.

Nice jewelry store wish store manager be nicer. Know this is a business of profession. Heard and myself mean or attitude.dont feel comfortable coming there. But love the store.
