I've been to this store two times...once after Christmas of 2025 to exchange the bracelet I received for Christmas to a different size and once on Valentine's Day of 2026. I had to wait in line the first time for at least 45 minutes before I could even speak to an employee to exchange the bracelet. Just visited the store this early afternoon. I asked the associate if I could please have my bracelet cleaned and she rudely responded “No. Only Monday through Thursday.” No apology, no exception. There was no one in the store besides myself and there were 2 associates present. One of the associates could have taken my bracelet to be quickly cleaned and simply chose not to. This ring is $90. It’s shouldn’t be turning black after a week! I bought my mother this ring on Christmas Eve and the silver color is already coming off before new years… we used to think pandora was great quality but no. I literally have a $10 that I’ve had for years and hasn’t even turned black. I won’t be spending my money there anymore
