I was helped by Anjanette, she provided me with excellent customer service. She tried to help me out getting an item which is sold out, she did her best to find it at different stores but with no luck. I wanted to appreciate her help and time so I got another thing that I liked at this store. I can't thank her enough for the great customer service and the care she provided me🥰

Worst service ever!!!!! I bought a ring there and wanted to return it because I wouldn’t wear it and the workers there were super rude about it, specially a Chinese or Philippine lady saying that I could not return it because it was used and scratched when I literally had bought it from there brand new 🙄🙄

If only I could give zero. It was my first time at Pandora and there was a kind blonde employee helping multiple customers at once so I didn’t want to bother her. But Stephanie was waiting for a customer to fill something in on an iPad, my friend politely asked if we could get a price after they’re done and she had such an ugly attitude. After she was done helping that customer she decided to still not help us and I confronted her letting her know we were next before the other customers since they walked in after us.
