I went in this morning to return a ring I purchased for a friend of mines bday present. Turns out she got the same one from someone else… well this morning I tried returning it and forgot my wallet and needed cash and when I told her I would like to return it she completely was rude and made me feel uncomfortable she asked if I wanted to exchange it and of course I said no because I rather not spend that money on a ring and she made me so upset and uncomfortable and said ok the money will go back in the card ending in… and I... read more
Tesa helped me. She was so kind and patient. I came in looking for a gift for a friend and walked out with also a gift for myself. The sales rep showed me many items in their collection, I ended up getting some beautiful hoop earrings and a bracelet for myself. Now I will have to return again and get more charms. Overall, I had a good experience and felt the staff was very attentive to my needs.
Had to wait over an hour to pick up a pre perchased item.. very disappointed won't be back
