Their customer service sucks! They have cash only which is weird considering it’s not cheap. All the pandora lovers. Shop somewhere else!
Not sure if the store hours on google are accurate, went by at 11am and they were still closed. However when I went into the store, the lady was lovely and provided good customer service
I visited today, and the customer service was disappointing. The staff focused on selling rather than assisting or answering questions. They couldn’t specify which items were part of the Black Friday offers and didn’t bother to check. When I asked about charms at other locations, they didn’t look into it. My bracelet was too small with the charm, and when my boyfriend inquired about buying a new one, they didn’t show any options.
