I've visited this store twice only to find it closed several hours before its advertised business hours. Even when I've been able to make it in, I've been disappointed to find that the Banff charms I've been looking for have been sold out for weeks. Customer service has also been frustrating. The store doesn't appear to have a working phone number, and I've never received a response through email or social media. I am so incredibly disappointed. I came to this location in hopes of purchasing the Banff/Rockies charm, and the location was closed. Online, it stated they were open, but a closed sign on the door said otherwise. At 3pm on a Saturday?? I attempted to call, but the number was out of service. Really frustrating experience.
I was excited to see what Banff and Canadian specific charms I could buy, but the store was closed on Friday at 10am despite Google stating the hours start at 10am. I stayed until 10:10 and left dissapointed.
Great Staff, very accommodating!!!
