Went in today in hopes of getting a couple new pieces. The store was clean and organized. When I walked in, there were several people in the store and it seemed like they were all being helpful by an associate. Gianna was super helpful in getting me sized correctly for both a bracelet and ring, answered all my questions, and suggested some great pieces. I left satisfied with the jewelry I purchased and service I received.

GIANNA was unpleasant to shop with. First, the system at this location is disorganized as they try to be “organized”. You have to enter the store and put your name on a list. However, the communication is not clear and employees ask “is your name on the list?” when you enter. Customers cannot possibly know the system if they are not made aware there is a list. My go to store thanks to Celeste and Jasmila. They’re always so friendly, attentive and informative which I truly appreciate. The selection of pieces here is one of the best in the area.
