I am a Pandora lover for years. A week ago while on i lost my favorite silver link chain bracelet during on vacation. Today on way back home from dropping a friend off in NYC, i passed a shopping center in which i notice had a Pandora store. I decied to make a quick stop to see if i found the same one. My wife and daughter went to pandora at Cross County in Yonkers and were helped by Jasmila. Jasmila was so helpful, professional and all around amazing! If you go to this store ask for her help!!!!! She’s the best … thank you for the pink earring help!!!!!!
Be careful shopping here they are have unethical sales practices. Tonia charged me “insurance” for a CHARM! WITHOUT DISCLOSING THE CHARGE TO ME. I noticed when I got home I’ve been calling they won’t answer. FYI when you don’t answer the phone after stealing it really escalates the outcome now I have to go to the store and have this conversation in person which won’t be a good experience for anyone
I ordered online and just came in to pick up my order. I was told pickup still had to wait on line. There were about 20 people waiting to be helped. I waited inside for an hour before being helped. Then to just pick up it took less than 5 minutes. I think it’s absolutely ridiculous to have a pickup order wait an hour. What is the point of ordering online if not to avoid this exact situation.
