GIANNA was unpleasant to shop with. First, the system at this location is disorganized as they try to be “organized”. You have to enter the store and put your name on a list. However, the communication is not clear and employees ask “is your name on the list?” when you enter. Customers cannot possibly know the system if they are not made aware there is a list. Walked into pandora greeting me with a smile and very sweet Bianca is truly the best in the store.
My go to store thanks to Celeste and Jasmila. They’re always so friendly, attentive and informative which I truly appreciate. The selection of pieces here is one of the best in the area.

It’s very strange how a “customer” suddenly appeared defending the employees and attacking Jessica personally instead of simply sharing their own experience. The review sounded more like a staff response than an actual shopper. At the end of the day, the issue is simple: a customer arrived before the posted closing time and was still denied entry because the store was already shutting down. That would upset anyone.
