Roxana made our experience great!! she showed us the pieces we wanted to look at up close and was super helpful in helping us decide what we want. everyone else was really friendly too!!

Terrible experience. I purchased earrings for my granddaughter yesterday. When she opened the box.. one of the earrings post was damaged. I took them back within 24 hours. I had to use my 7.99 protection plan. Did I examine or did the sale associate the backing .. absolutely not. Stay away if you are smart.
Great help from staff for an anniversary present!
