Amber was incredible!! She was so knowledgeable and helped my family and I make quite a few decisions and we never once felt rushed. We had an amazing experience and are very happy with our products.
On 1/1/25,I purchased earring and a ring for a gift. Informed Makayla O #1187426 that I was not sure of the size and she stated that I could exchange for the right size. Went to the store today and was informed this was a final sale item and could not be exchanged! No where on the receipt does it state this is a final sale item and Makayla stated I could exchange the item. Very upset by this as the item was a gift and the manner in which I was treated. Poor customer service
Got a braclet as a gift and was a little to big a 21 asked for the same bracelet different size, service took about 30 minutes not too bad for the amount of people, she couldn't fine the right one, asked a higher up, then kept searching... we implied that it might be that one pointing at one that looked similar. We had a wonderful experience today! The store was busy with people Christmas shopping. Our experience started with Cora! She was amazing, she helped me with an an exchange (we bought a charm two times in a row, I guess one could we really liked that charm!) Then, she assisted my son with a bracelet and showed us several charms. The whole time she was full of vibrance and smiles!
