Red headed girl broke my necklace after cleaning and I was told nothing could be done to rectify the situation, give three number to call that didn’t work and was told again that nothing could be done. This necklace was worn daily since bought and no issues until it was cleaned by them.

I had an amazing time while shopping at pandora. I was welcomed in by worker Janice who had a very bubbly and warming personality. She was a big help with helping pick out charms. She also mentioned a lot of amazing deals the store had which was very hard for us to pass up on. All and all my shopping experience was a 100/ 10 because of her. Abby was so helpful we came in and she helped us get what we wanted. She knew so much about the charms and bracelets very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend going here to start your pandora bracelet. Everyone in the store is super nice and welcoming!
