Knowledgeable sales person. I know that bc she didn’t even measure my wife’s wrist and bang first try. Not pushy either on trying to get you to spend more. The company may not like that but I absolutely hate it when dealing with any transaction that involves a salesman. My type of salesman is can I help you? Yeah if I see what I want and have questions. Then salesman says ok walks away. lol
The store is very unprofessional. I called them yesterday asking if they do free cleanings, which they confirmed. I specifically mentioned coming in the next day to have it done. When I came in, the associate working told me they wouldn’t be able to do it and couldn’t tell me when they would be able to do it and I let them know whoever I talked to on the phone, confirmed that I could and let them know I drove 40 minutes from Summerville. Super frustrating and makes me not want to buy anything from Pandora again.
I went to this location yesterday December 20th around 5:30pm. I walked in there and one of the employees said to me right when I walked in” what are you going to buy”? Like what happened to hello, welcome in? How can I help you…. I felt that was very unprofessional. Luckily Ms. Ally said she could help me and was very nice and helpful, I was able to make an exchange with her and buy a necklace as well!
Do not purchase from this store. Their return policy is faulty and fake. Beware, they do not honor returns or warranty. Now they are claiming that an item worn for 4 days got scuffed. What poor quality Pandora has become. Plus I ever wore the two bracelets I purchased. They are privately owned so beware of the hidden truths. The stave also seemed very inquisitive and were making me feel quilts. BUYER BEWARE
