Horrible service. My daughter and I went in tonight on March 20th 2026 approximately at 8:00pm and waited for one worker to help one guy. We were next in line while we waited a long time and another worker walked out from the back and started to help another family that walked in after us. The two workers never acknowledged us or asked to see who was next. We already knew what we wanted and would have taken about five minutes to ring us up. I will not be back to pandora and give them my money.
Acknowledgement as we walk in should be taught not ignoring customer even when they’re busy “ it take a sec to say I’ll be right with you !
Order something online ,and couldn't make it to pick it up, so I send my son with all my info and he was denied the order so I hadd to drive 2 hours to pick it .when he was 5 minutes away ,smh never buying here again.

She seamlessly handled my warranty replacement and even took the time to clean every piece of Pandora jewelry she saw me wearing! Amanda is pleasant, endearing, and made me feel like a highly valued customer. I left the store absolutely delighted. Customer service needs more dedicated people like Amanda!
Hoda helped me out today she was very patient and helpful. You can tell she genuinely enjoys her job and helping customers. I am so happy with my new bracelet and charms!
