I have been a loyal Pandora customer since I was a teenager, and unfortunately, this has consistently been one of the worst Pandora locations I’ve visited. I stopped by today because of the sale they were advertising, but the overall customer service was very disappointing. The atmosphere was unwelcoming, and although I understand employees can be busy, acknowledging customers when they enter goes a long way. Veronica had EXCELLENT customer service and she helped pick out charms that would go well with my daughter’s Quinceanera theme. I love how caring she was and how gentle she was with us. She wasn’t pushing or trying to make a “sell”, simple just phenomenal customer service. 10/10 recommending ALL my friends and family to this store. Also, I’d like to thank Mr. Freddie, the manager for coming out to make such all of “us” customers were being taking care of accordingly. Thank you again, and we WILL be back!!!
