I am so upset and will NEVER recommend or go to this store again. My 16 year old son saved his money to buy his girlfriend a ring for their two year anniversary. She tried it on and it was too big. She put the ring back in the box, and in the pandora bag and my son took it and told her he would exchange for the correct size. It stayed in the box and in the bag in our house for a week until my son had time to take it back. The “manager” was unhelpful and condescending! I wanted to exchange a bracelet I got for Christmas to the next size up and she refused to exchange it even though it was an item in stock and unworn! I called the woodlands and they happily agreed to exchange it ! Will never shop at this location again!
Que mal servicio según era la encargada de la tienda yo se que estamos en un lugar donde se abla hingles y español solo no me quiso atender porque no ablaba hingles el nombre de ella es Nora tengo mucho tiempo viniendo a comprar a esta tienda un mal servicio también lleve mis pulseras a que las limpiara tardaron 3 días y no las limpiaron cuando me entregaron mis pulseras sin limpar según la encargada Nora me reclamo por que le puse un review de verdad que mal servicio nuca ve tenido una mala experiencia
