I always have such a great experience shopping here! The customer service is consistently amazing—they truly remember their customers, which makes it feel so personal every time I come in. Just the other night, they went above and beyond and made the whole visit enjoyable. It’s always so much fun picking out little treasures, especially for my mom and mother-in-law. Highly recommend!
Second time I’m on this store intending to buy some jewelry and second time being completely ignored by black females sales assistant. Meanwhile them being very nice and attentive to other people who were people of other ethnicities. Is it some kind of racist thing here? Because I don’t get it. Please fix that it’s not ok. I worked in customer service and hospitality and I’ve never seen such a nonsense
