Edit: this store does not care. Look at all the past 1-stars. And the number they respond with DOESNT EVEN WORK!! This location has no customer service and only post responses for show. Got a beautiful bracelet and charm, but the sales associates are not welcoming and I felt so judged by Anasofia during my shopping and purchase. Would give zero stars if I could. I have been back and forth with the store and Pandora itself about their defective, cheaply made jewelry. I am being refused a refund because of their “policy” when they have my card information and could easily refund the money. I had to replace my first ring for it losing a stone within two weeks of purchase. Two weeks later my replacement ring lost a stone again. Since that is out of their typical refund period, they are offering a gift card so I can buy more of their defective jewelry. I... read more

Dolores was honestly rude the past two times I’ve been there, giving stares and attitude the whole time. I understand everyone has their ups and downs, but this seems to be an ongoing issue. She needs to do better at her job, and unfortunately, if working with customers isn’t her thing, this may be the wrong job for her. :(

I had a very disappointing experience at Pandora. The customer service by Estrella was unprofessional and left a bad impression. This staff member who assisted me seemed uninterested, dismissive, and lacked basic courtesy. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt uncomfortable and rushed throughout the interaction. I expected a higher level of professionalism from a brand like this. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet those expectations, and I will think twice before returning.
