Came in around 11:40 1/10/25 before work to pick up a ring and some earrings. I was not acknowledged upon coming in the store, and waited for help for about 15 minutes before i left without buying anything. Came in the same day around 3:30 on my lunch to try again. Just left the store with a bad experience. My son was going to purchase a birthday gift, But not after how I was treated by the manager Alyssa. I asked if I could please get my ring’s cleaned and she said yes. Then proceeded to say “girl do you wear lotion”? And I replied with “yes ?” And she seemed bothered that I use lotion and she said “I’m just giving you a warning, that’s why your jewelry is cloudy and your stones are falling”.
