I was there few days ago and I didn’t like the service at all, I want it to buy a bracelet that it was on display it had a price there, when I ask the person to show it to me and the price she gave me a totally different price than the one it was showing on display, when I ask her why she said I don’t know, she didn’t have an answer to my question that’s all she said, then I ask another question to I think the manager and she answered kind of rude, I didn’t like the service at all

I genuinely enjoy this location, but based on my most recent visit (11/13/25), I feel it is fair to give it 3 stars. To start with the positives: the store was very clean, and I was greeted when I walked in. However, the overall customer service during my visit left me disappointed. Me and my boyfriend went in to resize a promise ring he had bought me back in April and we were given dirty looks the whole time talking to a women there, she looked at us as if we were dumb for asking. My boyfriend was told by a previous pandora how you can take it back a year later and the lady recently said it was after 30 days only then tried to make us buy another. ridiculous customer service.

Whoever is the manager is the on duty today 09/08 was really rude. We came to ask for more information regarding a product we got from pandora as it is broken. You guys realize this is Pandora not a high end jewelry store right? I went here earlier to exchange a charm that didn’t fit my grandmother’s bracelet I bought her around the holidays. I was told at Fox Valley location I could bring it as long as its still in good condition. I was in the area and thought why not just bring it here? I went here and was treated very rudely.
