Last year my boyfriend got me a promise ring, they told us we should get the one year warranty. A year goes by the ring already changed colors, I went to see if we could exchange it or AT LEAST get a cleaning. Went to this store to exchange my charms I received as a gift (duplicate charms & wrong size bracelet), it was unopened, in box, with receipt. The lady working there was very dismissive & rude, would not even look at my items or listen to what I had to say and just flat out refused to help me.
