I really love Pandora after being exposed to it a year or two ago. I started a Marvel bracelet, however I gave it to my wife due to two reasons. I called, made an order and Dover mall was the pick up location. The shop looks good, clean and organized but it’s not big enough for many. The queue was long, so the wait time was less than 5 minutes. I finally got my order and it was perfect. The customer service was good and the staff were polite and friendly. Thank you all and best of Christmas.

I called the Dover store to see if a particular charm was in stock that I had trouble finding elsewhere. Cassidy answered and informed me that they did have the charm in stock and that she was placing it on hold for me. I got to the store a couple of hours later where Cassidy further assisted me with the purchase and a few other charms that I was interested in. Thank you so much! 10/10 customer service!

I feel like the customer service was rushing my decision. I wanted a special gift for my mom’s birthday. I felt she wanted me to buy the more expensive items and not help me within my price range.
