I had the worst experience today with my younger sister trying to purchase a ring as a gift. When we walked in and all the associates were talking among themselves. One of them walked over and asked what she could help us with. My younger sister responded and said that she wanted to get an engravable ring as a gift. The woman who is helping us was very passive aggressive and immediately shut us down and said that she would not recommend getting the engravable ring as a gift because it is a final sale item once it’s engraved.... read more

Probably the worst Pandora in all of the Bay area. Originally purchased a ring at the Serramonte location. As we were on our way home, we checked the ring in direct sunlight and it looked completely different than it did under the store lighting. We thought to exchange the ring at the Hillsdale location since we lived close by. After purchasing a gift for the holidays, one of the pairs of earrings we purchased were defective and we were not notified of this. Alessandra was not helpful or welcoming at all when buying a gift, and made the whole encounter honestly lackluster. After giving them as a gift, we took them back after this discovery and were treated poorly in the store. I’ve gone to this store multiple times, and were not greeted ANY of those times.
