I called and was reassured that my bracelet under warranty could be replaced just to come all the way in store and be turned around soon as they seen my broken bracelet. Complete waste of time, would’ve Rathered they told me NO over the phone! Then told me it would cost a fee to get it fixed even though my warranty is for a year. Disappointed!!
Excellent customer service. Helped me put together a custom necklace for myself. Highly recommended!
