They are very rude. I did not want the sale that was going on because I only came in quickly, and the lady helping me made a angry face at me thinking I couldn’t see her.

Do not go to this store — they are neither diligent nor efficient. I left my Pandora bracelet for repair and never received a call when it was ready. When I tried to call for an update, the phone line never connected. Three weeks ago, I went to the store to check on my bracelet, and they had no answers — they just took my information again and said the manager would contact me during the week. That never happened. I came into the store to return a bracelet that I had only worn for three weeks—it was hurting my wrist and the dangles were super annoying. Unfortunately, I was assisted by Idriana, and the experience was horrible from the start. She took one quick glance at the bracelet and flat-out refused the return, claiming it had dents and scratches—but didn’t bother to point them out or show me a side-by-side comparison.
