I came here to replace a ring I lost. When I walked in I was ignored while the employees helped other customers. I waited patiently. That was rude customer service I walk in ready to spend my hard earned money and they can’t even say something when I walk in. I was waiting for a “ I’ll be with you in a moment” I never got it they moved slow finishing up with the customers they already had and got to me when they felt like getting around to me. Phil was great, he cleaned my items very nicely. He restored their shine. He was very accommodating & pleasant. His associates were busy w/others but acknowledged me when I walked in. Very nicely ce experience @ FV Pandora.
They just waisted my time. I called a week ago about engraving they do offer it but their machine doesn’t work good. I had to get my refund and order online. Now I just hope I get it delivered before Valentine’s Day.
The staff was absolutely wonderful, thank you lady's so much.
