Please update your hours online. I went to this location at 10:40 am and I was told they do not open until 11 am After coming back later, the employee was not apologetic at all. Immediately after walking in, she told me it says the correct hours on the website and all the other locations open at 11. I'm not pleased with their customer service here.
if i can give this place zero stars i would, i have shopped at pandora for years and when i came to this location they sold me on a ring and after just 2 days of having it, and not wearing it for a full day, my finger had turned grey.( to this day after not wearing it for 4 days my finger is still grey) the products they are selling or not worth the price and after i said i wanted to return it they said no and gave me complete attitude and no sympathy. after i explained to grace that i have had rings for years from pandora a... read more
Cynthia is pushy and rude. When I first bought the product she was pushing me to buy a ring and then when i went back to return the product she was acting like no one has ever had a return. As I was returning she was pushing me to buy their new collection. Once I told her I just want to return her whole mood changed. I won’t be going back here.
