I bought Pandora bracelets for the first time on mother's day. They where super busy almost overwhelming, where you felt rushed to chose your items. I bought over 300$ of product. Never was I told we only have 30 days for returns. Usually, it's a 90 day exchange or returns. Very disappointed honestly. I’m a frequent customer to this pandora and I think this was overall the worst experience I’ve ever had. The lady acted like me wanting to check my care plan and get a new one was such an inconvenience. Mind you this charm broke 3 months after I bought it , so I’m very glad I bought the care plan like they always suggest. I didn’t hear not ONE “hello” “thank you” or “yes! Had an issue with another store not wanting to do an exchange. I talk to the manager over the phone and explain the situation. She provided a solution and told me to come to the store. I came to store and meet Mrs. C, re explain my situation and she took care of me. She re-measured me and exchanged my bracelet less than 15mins.
