Very nice bracelet, good price for the quality but employeer could manage better the extra cost of things and make you aware of it.
Came in today to get my bracelet cleaned and to purchase new charms. Cynthia decided to be rude and become passive aggressive when I wanted to know how long the wait was going to be as I had to wait outside.
Went in just to look, didn’t really plan on walking out with anything, but Cynthia wound up showing me a few items and I walked out with three new charms!
I had a wonderful experience working with a sales rep named Becky. From the start, she really listened to what I was looking for. A gift for my mom, she asked questions about her in order to help choose the best charms. Ms Becky suggested one I wouldn't have thought of and it turned out to be Mom's favorite! She never made me feel rushed or pressured, her attention to detail and interest made a huge difference in my decision.
