Two bad experiences in the Charlottetown store. The first time was completely ignored while being the only customer in store not even a hello. Decided to give it a second chance and was treated like I was trash because I asked them to clean my Pandora bracelet while I shopped for charms. I was going to buy multiple new charms instead I left with nothing. Went to Moncton had a wonderful experience in a much busier Pandora store and all the staff were polite and lovely. Will never enter Charlottetown store again

I recently visited your store with the intention to make a purchase, but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing due to the behavior of one of your employees. There was only one staff member present—a young woman of short height—who remained at the back of the store and appeared uninterested in assisting customers. worst experience ever. today i went there to buy some items that on sale but employees had no interest for there customer. teo employees and doing nothing in there. no smiles, gesture or suggestive selling at all.
