Had an online order pick up it took them almost 1 hour to attend me, and when they attended me no sorry, no acknowledgement just delivered it to me and left. I don’t know if they were the associate or the manager itself there who did my transactions, but there were two people who didnt know how to do online pickup in store the reason I did online pick up was to save time and I ended up spending one hour there very horrible experience out of all the Pandora that I’ve went to . Very rude employee very bad service I went on Monday night the employee was not interested to sell anything to us needs to learn customer service very disrespectful and disappointed 200$ shopping and bad experience
I had a great experience today — The salesperson, Aditi, was kind and helpful! She offered herself to clean the charm for me which was so nice!!
