i went in to find a gift for my friend and Alexandria provided amazing customer service! She was very kind, helpful and patient with me. I would highly recommend going to her if she is available!
The staff are soooo misleading! I came in to purchase a few gifts and for myself and told them what bracelet I need charms for. They sold me a charm that DOESN’T fit the bracelet I told them I had several times! I tried calling, no answer. I went to a closer location and they told me it’s a sale so they can’t do anything. The other charm they told me it’s part of the Pandora ME collection (I’m not familiar with pandoras collections which is why I asked) but when I got home I found out it’s some tv series pendant. Service was really good and they helped me pick out a gift with a good price. Will def visit back for future jewelry needs
Had an online order pick up it took them almost 1 hour to attend me, and when they attended me no sorry, no acknowledgement just delivered it to me and left. I don’t know if they were the associate or the manager itself there who did my transactions, but there were two people who didnt know how to do online pickup in store the reason I did online pick up was to save time and I ended up spending one hour there very horrible experience out of all the Pandora that I’ve went to .
