Absolutely terrible customer service. The employee who helped me was rude, dismissive, and clearly had no interest in helping. My bracelet, which costs about $275, broke even though I barely wore it. It was the adjustable bracelet that kept loosening for no reason. For jewelry at that price, the quality is unacceptable. To make things worse, my warranty had only expired by a few days. Disappointed in the lack of customer service.
Ramona was incredible!! Another location had accidentally given my boyfriend the wrong size ring from what was on our receipt, and Ramona went completely out of her way to make sure everything was handled correctly and left us so happy and thankful for her customer service. Pandora treat her well, Ramona left us wanting to return to the Pandora in Bramalea for any future purchases!
