Were rude and I had an interaction with Sarah who was huffing and puffing in our face because we wanted to do a return and tried to avoid doing the return…extremely unprofessional.
Dennica at Pandora was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, patient, and helpful while assisting me with my purchase. She also explained the buy 2 get 1 free promotion so well and helped me pick out the perfect items to take advantage of the deal. Her customer service made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you, Dennica, for going above and beyond! I’ll definitely be coming back!
I came here to get a charm and the worker was so rude when I wanted to see all the different charms. She kept telling me to check the website instead of showing me the actual charms in person. She should be doing her job instead of being rude and not listening to what the customer wants. I had a really bad experience.
Don't go, customer service is slow and bad, will be staring at thin air until greeted or be told you will be helped. Had made an online pick up out of convenience might as well just shopped in person.
I had an amazing experience today, Hiam the sales lady helped me get this beautiful bracelet, cleaned my charms and my daughter is thrilled to get it back so fast. Thanks to her and her manager in charge today for making an exception for me you made my daughter's day!
