The sales associate Radhaga was so patient, kind and helpful. I had not been to Pandora before, she helped me get the perfect gift for my niece, let me know about promotions and signed me up for membership, which i normally dont do! I really appreciate her patience going through all the charm options!! Thank you.
Went to the store to let them know my ring is chipping they said it was wear and tear and I told them its only been less than 6 months and they told me they cant do anything about it. Two stores i went to told me it was chipping and wear and tear shouldn’t affect the ring this dramatically and they replaced it for me. Staff wasn’t helpful with any other options. Bad experience. Maybe they didn’t want to replace it not sure.
I recently went to Pandora to pick up a charm and had it engraved, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The staff members were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They made the process smooth and pleasant, and the final piece turned out wonderful. Excellent customer service I will definitely be back
Me and my friend went to Pandora to buy and had a question. We went and saw Ragdah working and expected her to come assist us as we were waiting. She was helping two other people so we wanted to wait a little. She gave us no attention and won’t even look at us. A couple of minutes later when she was just standing we asked her our question and she didn’t even give us a good response she just shook her head and let us be.
