Got a bracelet for my daughter, late in the day on Saturday. Bracelet was a little small and unfortunately the bill got lost. Went back first thing in the morning to the same girl who I bought it from. She remembered us but flat out told us in the coldest manner that there’s nothing we can do. I take blame for the loss of the bill but the inhumanity and cold no I got left a bad taste and I will pursue this in every way possible.
