I had one of my best shopping experiences at pandora park royal location last Sunday the July6th, thanks to Shadi. She spent so much time helping me find the perfect piece and was incredibly kind and patient and had such great taste. Even though the store was busy, she was so calm and answered all our questions patiently. I even wanted to talk with the manager to praise her, but they told she is off that day. I really hope Shadi gets the recognition she deserves, she made my visit truly special.

Rude customer service ever I had experienced in Canada, even the manager do not have any skills for handle this small store, poor services. If you want having same experience and Throw away your money, welcome and visit this store!!
