unhelpful misleading staff
We came here to buy a bracelet and 2 charms for our granddaughter. We were extremely disappointed at the Vaughan Mills location, where an Asian manager, Wendy, told a staff member that “those discounts are for SELECT people only!” We left there and came here. What a pleasant difference. The staff were polite, knowledgeable and caring. Their logo is It’s a new era! It certainly is at Vaughan Mills location. We were very happy with our experience here. 💜💜
I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Parmin at Pandora, and I cannot say enough good things about her! From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and offered thoughtful suggestions without ever being pushy. Her knowledge of the products was impressive, and she made the entire shopping experience feel personal and enjoyable.

Recently my husband went to Pandora in Hillcrest Mall and the sales associate/MGR Vincenza went over and beyond to assist my husband with a purchase for me. She was so helpful and kind that I purposely made a trip to the store the next day to personally thank her for her outstanding service and care for the customer. Thank you very much Vincenza!! 👏 ⭐️
