I have to say Vinny is absolutely amazing!!!!! For over 10 years she has made my experience at Pandora a pleasure…, and as a collector for 20 years! My Pandora jewelry has lasted!!! But last week March 2nd my birthday..,, I was treated as a begger.., racially profiled as a white Canadian!!!! The young lady that was there.., treated me as if I was going to steal., what does it matter what colour I am! Or culture!!! and she would not help me. I will never enter this store again!!!!!
So, my 16 month old daughter who just learned how to walk happened to stroll into the shop, twice. We didn't do anything, just turned around and left, less than 30 seconds each time. Literally the 2nd time we went in, the Asian sales lady already let us know we were unwelcomed. We're Asian ourselves, but I doubt she would dare say it to a white person. So if you have kids, especially Asian, don't go near the shop.

This was my first time purchasing a bracelet from Pandora, and unfortunately it turned into a very disappointing experience. Before buying, I asked multiple times whether the bracelet’s color would fade or change. Wish I can give this store 0 star. We came on Christmas Eve to check out some charms. The store has more staff than guests inside with entrance door opened and no one standing in front nor in line. My sons (a toddler and a kid) were trying to enter before me, and a woman (appeared to be a guest) jumped right in front and raised her arm to block them at entrance with her hand almost hitting my toddler’s eyes.
