I went into Pandora yesterday and met two very friendly girls named Rachel and Bahar.. They were very kind and help me pick a graduation charm for a very close friend of mine. Parmin Helped me the day before on the phone and was very pleasant. The staff here are very friendly and informative. Store was very clean and good stock.
The sales person Sara refused to provide service. Unprofessional staff. They don't know what they are doing.
Rude and impolite staff
I understand that not all stuck Pandora charms can be removed or fixed. But store manager Vincenza managed the impossible & saved my bracelet, even during a busy long weekend sales period! Huge thanks for your help, and to store associate Rachel as well for doing her best. Very much appreciated!
