I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Pandora location, particularly with the way Manager Jenner handled my warranty inquiry. I visited the store regarding a warranty claim on a sentimental charm and simply asked for an explanation as to why I was being told there would be an engraving fee. Instead of receiving a clear and respectful explanation, I felt pressured and intimidated during the conversation.
