I understand that not all stuck Pandora charms can be removed or fixed. But store manager Vincenza managed the impossible & saved my bracelet, even during a busy long weekend sales period! Huge thanks for your help, and to store associate Rachel as well for doing her best. Very much appreciated!

Earlier that morning, I had called the store to ask if Pandora provides a cleaning service for jewelry. The employee who answered confirmed that this service was available and told me I could come in any day and at any time. Based on that information, I visited the store in the evening to have my jewelry cleaned. When I arrived, one of the employees kindly took my items to the back for cleaning. The older white lady with glasses is awful. No smile, no energetic tone, nothing. Just a full on cold personality while also trying to upsell it. Wow, if it wasn’t for me actually wanting to buy my girl the bracelet and charm to go with it, we would’ve made the further drive to go to a different location. Please fire her, she’s terrible.

I came to Pandora Hillcrest Mall excited to buy a charm bracelet — something I’ve been wanting for a long time. Unfortunately, the employee who “helped” me managed to turn the experience into one of the most uncomfortable shopping trips I’ve ever had.
