My wife called the night before asking if they had an item in stock. Staff said she thought so and my wife asked her to check since we would be driving in from Sylvan Lake and staff confirmed. We were there at 10am next day and NO ITEM. My wife thinks she only pretended to check the stock as she sounded bored and disinterested.
Terrible service and horrible products, my boyfriend got me a ring for Christmas haven’t even had it for 5 months yet, keep in mind I treasure this ring I don’t wear it to work I take it off anytime I’m doing stuff. I wear this ring everyday but take it off when I do things but this ring costed $130 not worth the money or the hassle to deal with pandora. Purchased my wife a ring Dec.23rd had it gift wrapped accidentally left without receipt sales girl caught me and handed me my copy for possible exchange she said. I put it my wallet and unfortunately it was wrong size. Told her no problem I have receipt so my wife went back Dec. 28th to exchange her ring. My family and I went in store in hopes to find some gifts for Christmas. There were three staff members on shift. Two were helping other customers which I waited patiently for, the other staff member was working on a display so I chose not to bother them. We had no problem waiting.
