Honestly, I haven’t entered Pandora in a while because of bad past experiences. Usually I feel dismissed by the staff and like they’re too busy to assist me. A few weeks ago, I went in and a dark haired girl named Enya was very helpful. She’s probably the first worker that hasn’t made me feel burdensome! Hopefully Pandora decides to hire more people like her in the future.
I avoid taking trips to the mall but I had to get a present for my niece. I sadly wasn't able to purchase what I went for that day, but Shay still made it a wonderful experience! She is a great example of what customer service should still be these days. Thank you Shay! I will make sure to find you if I return! :)

Rating: 0/5 (if that were possible) Absolutely terrible experience at Pandora. The service was beyond disappointing. The salesperson was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked one simple question related to the queue and expected wait time, and instead of answering politely, she completely dismissed me and responded with unnecessary attitude.
