The wait was TERRIBLE. Pandora keeps their door closed and was only allowing 2 customers in at a time. I knew exactly what I wanted and had to wait outside for about 45 minutes before I was able to enter the store and buy the charm. There were only 2 staff working that were able to help customers, the third staff member was monitoring the door. I wonder how much business they lose because people just walk right by when they see the line?
